
Day Trip Busot and Canelobre Caves

Described as a “wonder of nature” these spectacular caves house one of the highest vaults in Spain and a stalagmite that is over 100,000 years old. There will be a guided tour in Spanish and English explaining their distant history and formation as well as their unusual part in the Civil War. Then we will transfer to the old town of Busot.

The same ticket gives entry to the Ethnic Music Museum: a unique collection of more than four thousand pieces from forty years of research and collection from 145 countries across five continents by ethno-musicologist Carlos Blanco Fadol.

Lunch will be booked in one of the town’s traditional restaurants.
Leaving Calpe at approx. 10pm and return 17.30.
Price will be approximately €47 in total (travel, entrance and lunch) depending on number of people travelling.
Deposit of €12 (senior rate) on booking in order to secure ticket for both venues.
